Wash the windows: While you are washing windows it’s a great time to inspect for leaks and make sure that all windows and doors are sealed properly. This will help conserve cool air during hot summer months.
Maintain the yard: Trim back branches that might be a bridge for squirrels to get on your roof or potentially in the house. Mulch to keep the soil moist and plants healthy. Remove dead parts from trees and bushes to promote new healthy growth.
