Allows four years out of foreclosure, short sale or bankruptcy and offers a one year tax return program. Non-warrantable condos allowed.
Bank Statement
For self-employed borrowers to qualify using personal or business bank statements instead of tax returns. Owner occupied, non-owner occupied and second homes. Non-warrantable condos allowed.
Portfolio Select
Allows one year out of foreclosure, short sale or deed-in-lieu and two years out of bankruptcy. Owner-occupied, second homes and investment properties.
